03What are the shop hours?
Our Ingleside shop is open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.–3 p.m. We are closed Sunday. All hours are Central Time. Call 224-436-9425 before bringing equipment in to arrange service and an arrival time. Emergency callout suitability and availability are confirmed separately by phone.
04Can I call with a repair question before booking?
Yes. Tell us the equipment type and the problem. You do not need a diagnosis or a complete parts list to ask about service.
05Can you come to equipment that cannot move?
Call with the exact equipment location, the fault and access details. We’ll discuss whether an emergency callout is suitable and available. Most repairs take place at the Ingleside shop.
