Planning service

Shop repair or an emergency callout?

The right starting point depends on the equipment, its condition, and the repair required.

THE FIRST STEP

Call before moving disabled equipment or arranging transport. The next step depends on the condition and location.

01

When to discuss shop service

Call about a shop visit for planned repairs or work that needs better access to the equipment. Agree on the drop-off before arranging transport, especially for large trucks, trailers or machinery that needs unloading.

02

When to ask about a callout

If equipment is disabled at a jobsite, call with the fault and exact location. We’ll discuss whether the repair can be handled in the field and whether a callout is available. A callout request is not a confirmed dispatch until availability is agreed.

03

What changes the plan

The plan depends on access, parts, whether the machine can move and what has failed. Some repairs need the shop. Confirm the next step before booking transport or expecting work to start at the jobsite.
